As teenagers, Jason, Lucy, and Magda were instrumental in winning the first war between dragons and wizards in the Kingdom on Hector (Dragon Time). Now they have to traverse the world of Fairy during a war between elves, saving who they can, and try to get back to stop the war on Drago before it leads to the destruction of the many breeds of the dragon that Drago is named for, and hopefully, let the three of them settle down into normal domestic life.
