Orders can be cancelled within an hour of placing it.

I don't see the book I'm looking for, are you able to special order it for me? 

We strive to have the biggest collection of Romance and Fantasy books possible. If you do not see a specific title you're looking for, please contact us and we will do our best! 

Do you offer XYZ Discounts? 

It is our goal to be able to offer various discounts such as Military, First Responder, and Student (just to name a few). As a brand-new, small business, we are just getting off the ground, so that is not something we are able to offer just yet. Your continued support is greatly appreciated! The bigger and faster we grow, the quicker we will be able to offer these regular discounts to our loyal customers. In the mean time you can sign up to be a member of our L&L Rewards program to earn free books! 

Why don't you offer Free Shipping like *insert majorly popular website here*?

Much like discounts, we are a small business just getting off the ground. All expenses, including shipping are paid directly by us. We could offer free shipping right out of the gate, but then we would have to drastically raise the prices on our books to make up for that. As we grow, we would like to continuously decrease the cost of shipping for our customers. In the meantime, we offer a standing promotion of FREE SHIPPING on orders over $75.00

Do you ship outside of the United States?

Right now we are only shipping to customers in the United States. We do plan to expand our market once we are able to do so feasibly, and with the best value to our customers.
